Being intentional about slowing down and looking for those slow moments in everyday life are so important. Three tips to slow down this season; one, s i m p l i f y , simplify your closet, your pantry or the amount of things/people you commit to. Two, take the time to p l a n, plan your meals, plan your day, plan your me time. The more planning you do, the less your brain has to do during the day. Three, c h e c k - i n, make sure that the things you are filling your day with are bringing you joy. Some simple tips to help you slow down <3
